We strive to respond to all inquiries within 24–48 hours. Our support hours are Monday through Saturday, 9am–6pm IST. WhatsApp is the fastest way to reach us.

Reporting Issues

If you are reporting a technical issue or broken download link, please include:

• The name of the mod and a link to the mod page
• A description of the issue
• Your ETS2 game version (if relevant)
• Any error messages you see
