By using ETS2India.in or Bussid.in you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. By registering you confirm you meet this requirement.

Your Account

You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account
Keep your password secure and do not share your account with others
Notify us immediately if you believe your account has been compromised

Content Rules

Only upload mods you created or have explicit permission to share
Do not upload mods ripped from paid games or other sites without permission
Do not upload malicious files, viruses or harmful content of any kind
Do not post spam, hateful, abusive or illegal content
Do not impersonate other users or real people

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of mods you upload. By uploading, you grant ETS2India.in a non-exclusive licence to host, display and distribute your content on the site. You may request removal of your content at any time.

Re-uploading someone else's mod without permission, changing download links, or claiming others' work as your own will result in immediate removal and account suspension.

Paid Mods

Transactions for paid mods happen outside the site via WhatsApp or external payment links. ETS2India.in is not responsible for payment disputes between buyers and creators. Verify before purchasing.

Prohibited Actions

Attempting to hack, exploit or disrupt the site or its servers
Scraping or automated data collection without permission
Circumventing any security or access controls
Using the site for any illegal purpose

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or permanently ban accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.

This site is not affiliated with SCS Software (ETS2 developer) or Maleo (BUSSID developer). All game names and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Mods are provided as-is with no warranty.
