Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe content on our site infringes your copyright, please send a DMCA takedown notice to sooraj@ets2india.in with the following information:

Your contact information — full name, email address and phone number
Description of the copyrighted work — what original work has been infringed
Link to the infringing content — the exact URL of the mod or content on our site
A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorised by the copyright owner
A statement that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or authorised to act on their behalf
Your signature (electronic signature is acceptable)

Our Response

Upon receiving a valid DMCA notice we will:

Remove or disable access to the infringing content promptly
Notify the user who uploaded the content
Take note of repeat infringers and take appropriate action including account termination

Counter Notice

If you believe content was removed by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter notice to sooraj@ets2india.in with:

Your contact information
Identification of the removed content and its former location
A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the content was removed by mistake
Your consent to the jurisdiction of your local court

Mod Ownership

All mod creators retain full ownership of their work. By uploading to ETS2India.in you confirm that you are the original creator or have explicit permission from the creator to share the content.

Re-uploading or re-distributing mods from other websites, YouTube videos or paid sources without the original creator's permission is strictly prohibited and will result in immediate removal and permanent ban.
