ETS2 mods are user-created content that adds new trucks, buses, skins, maps, sounds and more to Euro Truck Simulator 2. They are made by the community and are free to download. Indian modders have created some of the most detailed bus and truck models available.

Download the .scs file. Do not unzip it. Move it to Documents → Euro Truck Simulator 2 → mod folder. Launch ETS2 → click Mods → move the mod to Active Mods → Apply Changes. The game will restart with your mod active.

Every mod shows its compatible game version on this page. To check your version: open ETS2 and look at the bottom-right of the main menu. Update via Steam: right-click ETS2 → Properties → Updates.

Skin and sound mods generally work in TruckersMP if both players have them. Vehicle and map mods usually require all players to have the same mod. Check the mod description for multiplayer compatibility details.
